Fulcrum needed to bring sickle cell disease treatment access to the attention of Congress, so we designed and ran a congressional briefing on Capitol Hill.

Led the program start to finish. Founder Ryann Hill opened the event, introduced Rep. Marc Veasey, and moderated a panel of patient advocates, clinicians, and researchers in the Rayburn House Office Building.
A standing-room-only briefing with bipartisan participation from Reps. Veasey and Dunn, and a new SCDAA, MedicAlert, and Fulcrum partnership unveiled on the day.

The Coalition engaged us to reintroduce the Integrating Social Workers Across Health Care Settings Act, H.R. 4185, and sustain momentum on the Hill.
Reintroduce H.R. 4185 and build a durable, bipartisan base of support.
Led strategy and execution: growing the cosponsor base, briefing personal office and committee staff, and standing up biweekly virtual Hill visits. Built the full toolkit, including a contact kit, policy brief, press release, and the #socialworkisKEY social kit.

A national Hill Day and a health equity summit.
ASA engaged us for two connected initiatives in 2025: a national Hill Day and a health equity summit on obesity and chronic disease in older adults.
Run a national Hill Day and design a summit that builds advocacy capacity.
Served as lead organizer for Hill Day, scheduling targeted meetings, building tailored briefing materials, and running a preparation session. Designed the Advocacy for Action Summit end to end and secured speakers including former ACL Administrator Alison Barkoff; Ryann Hill moderated and ran an interactive co-creation session.
Advocates arrived aligned and ready, and the summit equipped attendees to act on health equity at the local, state, and federal level.
